Welcome to Management Office PM!
Management Office PM, located in Charlotte, North Carolina is a one stop shop property management company from purchase to portfolio as well as consulting. We’ll take you all the way from purchasing a boarded-up house to long term investment and property management.
We manage single family homes and apartments in the Charlotte area. Currently, we have around 200 units and are looking to add more quality properties to our line-up.
We provide two levels of service:
1. Monthly Consulting Management
– Our PM Core Management System will help with all aspects of managing your property including collecting all rent and deposits. We will handle the administrative side with as much or as little involvement as you want. We will take care of the tasks that you don’t want to deal with but you are in complete control. We’ll organize your work orders, dispatch the maintenance and bill you each month.
2. Traditional Property Management – We will do everything across the board to manage your property. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy it.
